How to place an order
step 1: Browse & Select Your Piece
Browse our collection and add your selected item(s) to your cart.
Step 2: Checkout & Receive Your Invoice
Complete checkout by submitting your order details. An invoice will be sent to your email with your order summary and our banking information. You will receive updates once your payment is confirmed and when your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
Step 3: Payment, Processing & Delivery Options
Confirm your order by making payment via bank transfer and submitting proof of payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will enter processing (approximately 3–5 business days).
After processing, you may choose from the following delivery options:
- Free pickup at Red Hills Mall, Kingston
- Roundtown delivery within Kingston & St. Andrew,
- Branch pickup at selected Tara or Knutsford locations
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery fees may apply where applicable, and custom orders may require additional processing time.
